Creative Europe Programme (EACEA)

ClimAid Project. Building Climate Resilience through Cultural Heritage and Urban Arts.

A European consortium imagining how art and heritage can respond to the climate crisis.

CLIMAID is a Creative Europe project (Project No. 101099776, Culture Strand — Call COOP2022) bringing together six partners across five countries to explore how cultural heritage and urban arts can become active tools in the conversation around climate change. Co-funded by the European Union through the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), the project unfolded across Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece and Cyprus, articulated around five national street art festivals and a shared body of research, exhibitions and public events. Bozeta joined the consortium as external digital and creative partner, responsible for shaping how CLIMAID presented itself to the world. From its visual identity to its multilingual digital presence, our work focused on translating a complex, multi-country research effort into something legible, engaging and consistent across audiences — from local festival visitors in rural Spain to European cultural policy stakeholders.

Translating European research into a living visual language.

Across two years of collaboration, Bozeta delivered the brand identity, the multilingual project website (EN/ES/EL/IT/PT), the newsletter system, the on-the-ground audiovisual documentation of the Labata Street Art Festival in Aragón, and the editing and post-production of dissemination videos for all five national festivals. The project closed in 2025 with consolidated outputs, an active digital archive, and a consortium ready to build on the foundations laid. CLIMAID I is the direct precursor of CLIMAID II — the project where Bozeta now steps forward as lead organisation, taking the experience accumulated as creative partner and applying it to consortium coordination.
